Google Summer of Code 2009: Reality Check

Dear students,

I wanted to share some general numbers with you regarding applications
already received per project idea. If you have an application in (or are
planning to submit one) for one of the more popular ideas, know that you
have competition and should either double your efforts to make yours stand
out or consider submitting a second application for another idea that
interests you.

Ideas with 2 or more applications received so far:
#4 GPML-SBML = 2
#5 Superpathways = 4
#5 Pathway hyperlinks = 2
#7 Karma site = 4
#13 Editor = 2
#19 GPU utilization = 3

There are only 2 days left before applications and modifications are due.
Please refer to the documentation to check on the precise deadline.
