'remember me' doesn't work at login

hi all!
first of all, gelato is very nice lightweight cms. but ia have a
little problem with it.
the 'remember me' at login won't work, so i have to type my user/pass
in each time i restart my browser. imho i think it has to do with the
phpsessid cookie.
