Installation Problem // I need help

Hi Administrators,
I'm installation issues.
I've been through the previous post about installations and tried what
i could find.
I'm currently attempting gelato 0.95
After filling out the text-fields + submitting the data in
install.php, nothing happens.
The page refreshes and no results appear.
