New package for TeVii DVB cards firmware

Hi,

attached the diff for the TeVii DVB firmware files for the cards: S470
S471 S480 S630 S660, as well as this firmware files themselves.
Please put "tevii-dvb-firmware-100315.tar.bz" in $DISTRO_SRCS

For more information concerning the hardware see:
http://www.tevii.com

I can at least confirm that S470 S480 S660 are running with drivers in
kernel > 3.0 with these firmware files.
