Why does GEDitCOM II have this error message? The subtext is "Changing the record ID in the source editor will break links to this record." It seems to me that the program could do some error checking (make sure that the record ID isn't being made ambiguous or illegal) and then change all the links for the user. Or it could ask the user if they want to have the links changed or just break them.
