I am thinking of getting an iPod Touch.

Is there any plans to make a version of GEDitCOM for this?

A question I would be interested in...

I currently export using the "share with mutlimedia" option and import into GedView on my Touch.

I have plans, but more likely iPad, but I am only one programmer on
this project so nothing has started yet.

I'm an iPad user who would be very happy to see a GEDitCOM app become
available.

Data entry capability would be the first priority, because it's so
easy to carry along in the archives…

Oh, my Heavens, yes! Please do! An iPad app would be perfect. Mine has
pretty much replaced my laptop and netbook as the piece of tech I take
with me everywhere. GEDitCOM is The Major application that I am
missing on it to free me from last generation tech.

Please!

ditto, I take mine to the archives.

I'm not sure I'd like a full version of Geditcom though, more like a data input version that would merge with my main ged at home.
