Subject: Two name fields on one individual
I just came across a requirement to have two different name associated
with one individual.  This man actually enlisted in the Army two
different times using two different names and has children under both
names. There used to be a way to do this but am unable to figure it
out on the latest.  Is this still possible?

When viewing an individual, choose the menu command Tree -> Attach -> Event/Attribute...

In the list that appears, you can select "Name"

Additional names are very useful for your data, but most reports and family trees will grab the first name when they need a person's name.

Tks John.  That is what I was looking for but for some reason just was not finding it.

BTW:  I also have this same information in both NOTES and AKA in hopes it will be noticed at some future date.
