Valid multi-part-form-encoded uploads with Blob builder API

Hi

(I'm not sure if that post made it to the list a week ago, I don't
find it in the archive, so I repost. If double post, please apologize)

there's something about making valid multipart/form-data uploads with
the Blog Builder API. Unfortunately I didn't find much about that, not
even in the actual source code from SVN. Any hints, how this can be
accomplished? Doing it with just blob.append() and blob.getAsBlob()
(and httprequest of course) seems a little bit too much code needed
for making it work.
