Hi everybody,

I tried to build gears under Windows on THREE different machines and I
always get the same error:
http://groups.google.com/group/gears-eng/browse_thread/thread/c0375b510b61aea2

May be it's the software I use but it's pretty standard: Visual Studio
2005, Python (downloaded from Python.org) and the Unix tools you guys
recommend to download (http://code.google.com/p/gears/wiki/
BuildingGearsForWindows).

I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem but the one
thing that's for sure is that you can't build successfully by
following: http://code.google.com/p/gears/wiki/BuildingGearsForWindows

All I ask for is a description of the used software and the followed
steps to build on Windows. All I need is a person who is right now
successfully compiling the trunk and that can give me information
about his/her configuration.

Thanks in advance.

Cristian
