Newline after response

If someone finds themselves messing around in the gearman command line
utility, can you add a newline after the response? Would make my
massive query piped to xargs command lines read a lot better. =)

Hi Brian,

This would be an easy option to add, but we don't want to make it
always on or on by default due to binary results. Could your worker
easily tack a newline on before sending a result back?

Hmm, didn't think about that. It is sending back JSON data. Meh, oh well.
