gearmand now available in gentoo

Diego Pettenò and myself pushed the gearmand into portage, install
with emerge -uDNva sys-cluster/gearmand
Currently we dont allow building against libdrizzle (tests fail on us
for now) and libpg, but this is hopefully corrected soon.

Is there a reason it is not ~x86 masked? or even hard masked for x86?

Neither Diego nor myself run an x86 machine so nobody tested it if it
works. If it works for you let me know,
