· Design one page “sales sheets” for each of the 12 stations, which will be printed and inserted into plastic sleeves. The information for these “sales sheets” is obtained from various websites and it would include the CU Schools Foundation logo. We could use some imagination here as the idea is to “sell” the student so pictures, flashy fonts, etc. are welcome.
· Design table tents for each of the 12 stations/tables.
· Create a spreadsheet with 75 combinations of careers/wages, marital status and # of children. I have a printed report showing various careers and wage data; however, it needs updated and entered into Excel. This spreadsheet will then be used to print onto labels, which will then be placed on blank check registers.
I estimate the time commitment to be 8-10 hours total but that is honestly a complete guess and would vary based on how efficiently the person worked and how much time they wanted to put into being creative. The timeline is to secure someone by Tuesday, May 15 and have these materials completed by Monday, May 27. This work is for a non-profit organization and may qualify as service hours for anyone needing service hours as part of resume building or an educational or other program requirement or application. In some cases, this requires a write up/sign off by the person directly supervising them and I am happy to provide that.
