Contacts API V3 support

I have been working on adding gd:name and gd:structuredPostalAddress
support to the gdata api, which some of the supported existed in the
code.

I believe have this complete to the API specs and I submitted a ticket
with patch:

Thanks for your work on this! I've replied in the issue tracker, just
