how to save the parsing data from RSS feed into database

Now i can show feeds from many websites on tableview but i want my app can work offline. how to save parse data into data base. Any sample code

first save the data that your getting from your website  in sqlite and then take... show the date in tabel view from sqlite db... this is the process that u have to follow
