Google Docs Resumable upload doesn't work

I'm using [ticket pauseUpload] msg to pause file upload, but it doesn't pauses. When destroyChunkFetcher is being called, chunkFetcher_ appears to be nil so it's methods doesn't get called

by the way, I've checked out latest version of client
