How can i get the list of items which is on the left pane on google health site

When we login to google health, we have a list of items on left side
like

Profile details
Age, sex, height...
Conditions
Medications
Allergies
Procedures
Test results
Immunizations
Insurance
Files and images

Import medical records

Share this profile

How can i get this data?

The API provides access to the account CCR and Metadata, as shown in the HealthSample app.

Refer to the Google Health API documentation for details about working with the Health API XML blobs.
