im just curious why we need a facebook group , google group , and/or
maybe even some other group on gcworship.com. i guess im just a little

I kind of agree, I think that technology can be a great thing but it can also rule your life if you let it. Facebook/ My Space are those things that can really rule your life if you aren't too carefull. I like the Google group and the webforum, but I am going to be declining the facebook idea.

The reason we need a google group is for easier communication for us all at once. It's far easier to receive and respond to an email thread than to remember to check a Web site every now and then.

Sorry, I'm not too hip on that idea either. I canceled my Myspace
account months ago because it was eating up too much time. It just
felt "fake" to me and was tempting me in ways I don't need. It would
be nice to be able to put faces to names, but I think for our focus
right now it would just be one more thing to get people confused and
side-tracked. I don't have access to a computer most of the day
usually, I'd like to keep things streamlined.
