I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and my high scool don't have Student ID
card whether is enough this

Hello,

I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and my high scool don't have Student ID

 You don't have to have a student ID card, that is the easiest for most
people but if your school doesn't have them then you can provide either one
of the forms below that will be your proof of enrollment in a
pre-university program.

  - a Student transcript showing your courses for the school year    OR
  - a Letter from the school on school letterhead stating that you were
enrolled in the School as a student on November 26, 2012. (the link you
provided above is a sample of this type of form)
