Hello Google Code-in Students,

Many of you have still not submitted your forms to the Google Code-in
site [0].  Please remember that you must submit both a proof of
enrollment in a pre-university program as well as a signed parental
consent form [1] before February 7th at 16:00 UTC to receive prizes.
If you submit forms after the February 7th deadline (tomorrow) we can not
send you any prizes. We want you to receive your prizes so please upload
your forms in the next few hours.

If you still need to send in your forms please be sure to read the
details below.

Parental consent forms
Your parent needs to sign and date the form and fill out all lines of
the form including address.  You need to submit all pages of the
parental consent form (even the ones where your parent doesn't have to
fill anything out).  Depending on the language you choose for your
parental consent form you will have either 3 or 4 pages that you need
to scan and submit to us. Please submit all pages of the parental
consent form [1].

Proof of student enrollment in a pre-university program
You must submit one of these forms as proof of your enrollment:

-a scanned copy of your student identification card that shows you
were enrolled as of 21 November 2011.  The card must have a date that
shows you are currently enrolled: as start date sometime in 2011 by
itself is not enough. Please be sure to submit the part of your card
that shows the 2011-2012 school year. Some schools have this part on
the back so we will need you to scan in both sides of your ID card.
If your school ID does not say 2011-2012 school year or it just says
class of 2013, etc. we will not accept the forms and you need to
submit one of the other acceptable forms below.

-a transcript or course list (official or unofficial is fine) showing
the courses you were enrolled in as of 21 November 2011.  Transcript
in .txt format is NOT acceptable, but a .pdf or .jpeg of the
transcript is.

-a letter from your student affairs or admissions office stating that
you were enrolled as of 21 November 2011. If this letter is not in
English you will need to provide a translated .txt file with the
original letter from your principal/school administrator.

-if you are homeschooled, you must provide a proof of enrollment from
your cover school.

For all students who submit forms between January 18 - February 7 once
your forms have been approved your prizes will be shipped out in the
middle part of March.  It will take at least 6 weeks for the packages
with your prizes to arrive at your homes and could take as long as 9
weeks for some areas.

Grand Prize Winners
We will announce the grand prize winners on February 14, 2012.
