From Ray comes a reminder that we wanted to create a web form to submit contact
list info instead of using a mailto link. This way we can reduce spam to the
contact list.

It should have, at least, the following fields:

- Name
- Email Address
- Text

On the technical side, there is a django app doing this:

it is released under the BSD license, so it is safe for us.
