Hi, this is a notice that we are looking for volunteers to be mailing
list admins for the gcd mailing lists. Some of the current admins wish
to move on, so we are looking for new folks to take their place. A
list admin's duties can loosely be described as administration and
moderation. Administration includes approving new members when they
apply, dealing with the occasional message that gets caught in the
spam filter, helping people with their mailing list subscriptions ...
keeping the wheels turning kind of stuff. Moderation would include
being generally aware of most list traffic and stepping in on the rare
occasions that such action is warranted. The board voted on a list
conduct policy in March to clarify what should happen if someone is
abusing the list -
