Just a quick update on this--we're more or less at a point where I have a second draft of requirements doc ready.
However, Leonardo de Sa has indicated that he has some addtional thoughts about things to consider for European strips, but hasn't had time to write them down.
Given that the tech team has a full load till the election, I decided to just hold on and hope that Leo finds time to write up his thoughts. I'll probably wrap things up at the end of October or beginning of November either way.
