This is the text version of my audio blog, which URL is:

http://ezekielk.tblog.com/post/1970041348

It is my letter to the editor sent to many newspapers across the
United States, list garnered from the following page:

http://theroadtoemmaus.org/1NET/Nws/NwspprAdd.htm

Locally, I posted to various gay rags (such as the Bay Area Reporter,
and the S.F. Bay Times) and other newspapers here in the San Francisco
Bay Area, such as the East Bay Express, The S.F. Chronicle, and the
S.F. Bay Guardian. Spread the word!

--begin letter:

President Obama:

I am a gay activist and progressive, and voted for you. In good faith
of course, that you would begin the desperately-sought resolution to
include gay people at the table of equal rights along with other
long-suffering minorities. My expectation was most reasonable for a
democratic politician: that, in spite of being against gay marriage,
you would denounce the unbridled homophobic vitriol from the
fundamentalist faction, that has been plaguing our nation for at least
two decades.

You could have selected any person of the cloth to open your historic
inauguration to represent the inclusive unity you so frequently
espouse. Among these choices for the opening prayer number many
ministers, preachers, reverends and priests who do not vociferate
anti-gay vitriol from the pulpit. Instead, you chose a most divisive
fundamentalist over a vast array of uniters...one who utters the most
vulgar and hateful words against our sexual minority citizens.

For a man of great intelligence (as you clearly are), I'm sure you
fully realize the implications of your choice. Which belies your claim
that you are a stalwart defender of gay equality. In fact, your
unfortunate selection gives tacit approval for fag bashers to increase
their attacks against sexual minorities in spite of our constitution's
mandate to keep church and state separate, and to protect any minority
from majority attack.

I must conclude that you have deliberately chosen to violate one of
America's most sanctified laws...for being so well informed and
worldly, you could not have made this choice out of ignorance. It is
tragic and shameful that you, America's first person of color to be
elected to the highest office of our unfair land, have chosen to
perpetrate the ignoble tradition of anti-gay persecution by
African-Americans at large. In so doing, you have given the green
light for furthering such bigotry, giving a thumbs up (as it were)
towards increased violence against homosexuals. (How so many who've
voted for you must now be dancing for joy that they'll also be rid of
those goddamned faggots for once and for all!)

President Obama: as one who is also well educated, intelligent and a
progressive, I can only conclude that--in spite of your excessive
IQ--you have failed to hold true reverance towards equal rights for
all minorities. In choosing to make gay people an exception to this
most American ideal, I have to conclude that, in spite of your
obvious intelligence, you are nonetheless a fool.

And, my enemy.

MOST sincerely,

Ezekiel J. Krahlin
San Francisco

He hasn't even taken office yet.
Yes I find Warren Offensive.
Yes, like most Blacks, he probably does not yet understand his own
Bigotry.
But Gaelic's are "The Niggers of the Universe", besides, if your gonna
fight with the Devil, "There is Hell to Pay"!

So that excuses him for extending a hand to one of the most divisive
and homophobic preachers in the country? I should withhold my outrage
until after the inauguration? He should be immediately and soundly
DENOUNCED for his selection, NOW...before the incident slips into the
past, and is forgotten. Hey, it sure ain't MY fault the goon chose
Warren. Why didn't HE wait till after his taking office, to make such
an arrogant choice?

> Yes I find Warren Offensive.

JUST offensive? Tell me, would you have also been offended if Obama
chose a leader of the KKK? Or would you perhaps be MORE than offended?

> Yes, like most Blacks, he probably does not yet understand his own

Ridiculous. That's just his cover, his dupe. Of COURSE Obama knows how
wicked this is, he ain't no dumb jungle bunny. Perhaps you are being
racist here, by using a common stereotype of blacks (too dumb to
understand what whites understand), to serve as an apologist for
Obama's horrid invitation of "inclusiveness" towards Warren.

Barack was also quite condescending towards gays, when asked by
reporters why he chose Warren, who is a rabid homophobe. We don't have
to agree on everything? Since when is resisting outright condemnation
of a minority, a mere matter of disagreement?

You sound pretty messed up. Hopefully, you won't live very long.

No, I don't get "More than Offended", I am either offended or I am not.

Warren is hardly a "rabid homophobe". While it is true that he has a
different view, or perhaps sees homosexuality through a different lens than
we might, he is NOT hateful, he does not put down or attempt to humiliate
those that are gay. He is hardly a hard core fundamentalist, so in the
grand scheme of things, perhaps he's a better choice than you might think.

In fact, DO TELL what nationally known minister could be asked by Obama that
wouldn't have a similar position.

Even though my own church is open and accepting, as is the bulk of my
denomination, we are almost exclusive in that posture. Unfortunately that
IS the United Church of Christ, which is the SAME denomination that took a
severe beating over Minister Wright, who's congregation unfortunately was
ALSO part of the UCC.

So in all fairness, it would be almost impossible for Obama to pick a
minister that WOULD be open and accepting at this point, since UCC is the
ONLY denomination of which I'm familiar that offers that posture in light of
the terrible position Rev. Wright placed him in - and thus the American
people erroneously assuming Rev. Wright's position to be that of the United
Church of Christ.

God, gave me a Healing ANSWER for GAYS, a Response to the Fag Bashers.
I agree, I find few Churches where Gays are Equal.
But hey few religions place man and woman as "Equals".
The Bible uses a lot of double talk to describe to both men and women
what it is to be a union.
But it also gives that same advice to every Help Mate and Partner
Listed.
For Example Daniel 1:, concerning Daniel and his Help Mate and Great
Love, the King of the Eunuchs.

The scripture, in all do respect, was written by MEN, and that in a time
when men were king, women were little more than property, and females in
general were a distant second class. It would therefore be a safe
assumption that for any male to do ANYTHING that appeared the "job" of
"women" in any way was looked upon as horrible.

And therefore, for a male to be attracted to another male, and for one of
those males to be the receiver of another males love was beyond
comprehension to those heterosexuals that observed (or heard of such
things). Homosexuality as a reality of life was simply not understood, no
more than mental illness, and thus the supposed demon possession and other
conditions as described within scripture.

Today, thank God, the more we grow and understand, the more we realize that
scripture was written with the very best of intention, and perhaps
inspiration, but not without being conditioned by the reality of the society
from within which it was penned.

Right, and while the Orthodox cite like Levi. 18:
Elph Cites like Levi 27: 28:.
While the claim the Law, God points out to me Genesis 4: Last 2 Verses.
God Points out Matthew 19:12, stating Jesus "Replaced the Law".
Jesus Taught: "Judge Not", "Love your Brother", not "Kill em all and let
God, sort them out".
