Compilation with latest binutils (ld)

Hi,

Here's a mini-patch to fix compilation with the latest "gold" version
of binutils.

It specifies the maths library (-lm) explicitely to the linker.

The bug was reported here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=554390
with the following comment:
"The important difference is that --no-add-needed is the default
behavior of of GNU binutils-gold."

'jacl' and 'level9' use functions that 'atan' or 'pow' and hence need
-lm.
