Converted SVN->Git repository for Garglk

Hey,

Here's a conversion of the Garglk repository to Git.
Maybe this will speed up the migration process :)

The conversion script is attached. It assumes you used "git svn" to
fetch the Subversion repository. (See the comment at the top)

I left author emails as "email@hidden" -- it's simple to change (look
for it in the script).
I also converted all the branches to tags, since they were all old and
unused, and will probably not be committed to again.
