Error after upgrade

Hi 

i've upgraded my cluster from 2.0.x to the latest one (2.6.1)

when i try to: gnt-node list 
I've receive the following error:

 gnt-node  list 
Unhandled protocol error while talking to the master daemon:
Caught exception: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

Is it a problem with the upgraded conf ?

Have you restarted all daemons (check their uptime), and updated the
config? What does "gnt-cluster verify" say?
