KVM plugin for munin (work with ganeti)

Hi,

thanks to Rodolphe Quiédeville, some plugins are now available to
monitor kvm :
- vm net : http://muninexchange.projects.linpro.no/?search&cid=14&pid=495
- vm cpu : http://muninexchange.projects.linpro.no/?search&cid=14&pid=494
- vm io : http://muninexchange.projects.linpro.no/?search&cid=14&pid=493
- vm mem : http://muninexchange.projects.linpro.no/?search&cid=14&pid=492
(only show the memory given to the vm)

Each plugin list the (running) vms on the host and allow munin to
create 1 graph per host with all the vms.

Of course, they work with ganeti-based installation (just install them
on all hosts).
