Stochastic model_GAMS 23.8.2

Hi,
Did anybody use the following commands in new version of GAMS:
jrandvar
randvar
correlation

I read the file on "SP with EMP", checked GAMS webpage, yet could not
understand how to work with these commands.
Would really appreciate if you could explain me, as I have to finalize
Dynamic stochastic model for my PhD.
Also would be great if you could share some ready examples using these
commands.
