This (hopefully) fixes all the major problems on multiprocessor
machines. I added descriptions of each supported game music file format
and what kind of emulation is used to play each back. This release also
has an improved sound scope (lines instead of just dots), slightly
faster gzip decompression using the latest zlib, and a few minor
interface tweaks.
The player is available in Stuffit format and Zip format in case
Stuffit Expander isn't installed (as is the case on Mac OS 10.4,
Tiger). If running OS 9, use the .sit version as the older Stuffit
Expander doesn't recognize the new Mac OS X zip format.
The most needed feature is a list of the current tracks waiting to
play. This is a top item to address in a future release.
I'd still like to keep this release fairly low-profile for a week or
so, then I'll submit it to large news sites.
I appreciate all the help and feedback I've received from the beta
testers.
