has been even more greatly upgraded. All restrictions have been
lifted, as far as combination generating goes. The user can now
eliminate all LEAST number-groups from lotto combinations: Singles,
pairs, triples, quads, quintets.  These parameters are the most
powerful lotto filters. The filters are, in other words, restrictions.
They restrict certain lotto combinations from being generated based on
mathematical and statistical criteria.
