BRIGHT4.exe has been seriously upgraded:
Version 2.0; Upgrade, April 6, 2009.

The upgraded package includes new programs, notably the powerful
SoftwarePick4.exe (main screen, option S = Super Utilities). No
restrictions on combonation generating.

The new interface has been rewritten and compiled in PowerBasic and
can be run under 64-bit Windows Vista. A majority of the components
(standalone programs) have been updated as well.

You may want to read a step-by-step tutorial on working at the command
prompt in Windows XP or Vista.
