Gamaray Server Shutdown
|
| |
I've shutdown the Gamaray server "dimensions.gamaray.com".
Unfortunately the Gamaray client version 1.0.10 had a hook into this
server (for advertising) and doesn't work properly without it. The
source code version doesn't have this issue. I've also added a
compiled/signed APK to the files section that should work ok.... more »

The Open Gamaray Project now exists: [link]
Anyone willing to contribute code or other resources can please

Open source AR browser
|
| |
Hello, I have been searching for an open source AR browser for a long
time. Wikitude and Layar are good APIs but there is no enough code
that I can use for personalizing and improving the AR engine. I am
very excited about the initiative of Gamaray. This will be a big
breakthrough.

Gamaray Development Stopped
|
| |
After hearing the announcements made by Layar and Mobilizy yesterday
I've decided to stop developing Gamaray any further. I'll still
support the existing version of Gamaray as best I can, although I
would suggest applying for a Layar developer key or learning ARML.

What is the intended effect of altering the DISTANCE constant, in
randomizing XLoc, YLoc and ZLoc, in the Asteroids sample demo (I'm no
mathematician)?
Do you intend making text features a) have transparent backgrounds b)
be configurable for font size, color etc. c) accept a line-feed d)... more »
