Just suggestions:

Could a subject be: how to optimise Linux for use on a netbook/laptop?
Stuff like:
- what are good settings to increase battery life
- options to get wireless working
- how to install from USB stick
- essential software
- where to get help if it doesn't work

I just bring this up as I just got hold of a Samsung NC20 (VIA Nano

Hi Sebastian - I was going to say welcome to Galway but I'm also wondering
if I already know you from the Galway Cycling Campaign?
I don't think there's a religious adherence to the particular timing of the
meeting, in fact I'd imagine if you were offering to do a talk on say SHOGUN
everything would be quite negotiable :)

Yes I bought it, 15 euro. note is now incredibly hard to buy the 180
Euro Linux version (160gb, 1Gb, Linux)
Some places sold them (I bought mine from the UK) but now the 300 euro
Vista versions are pushed (160gb, 2Gb, Vista).
That means a price increase of 120 euro just to run Windows! (slowly)
