DegreeOfParallelism bug fix

Any chance my patch for this issue will be accepted?  http://code.google.com/p/mb-unit/issues/detail?id=732

I've been using a custom build of Gallio with the patch for over a month now without any issues and would like to see it incorporated in the next official build since we have a lot of tests that use the DegreeOfParallelism attribute.  Even better would be if someone else could figure out why the original WorkScheduler class didn't seem to work for me.

Anyway, any incite to the original problem or a code review of my patch would be appreciated. Attached is my patched file which is much easier to read than the actual patch file.
