Map function stuck in "Offline mode"

I like Gaia, but when I run it with my phone(HTC Droid Incredible) in
"Airplane Mode" to save the battery and only use the GPS, Gaia gets
stuck in "offline mode" and will not load the general map properly
later when I have 3G cel signal or WiFi again later...
Is there a setting I'm missing? I can't find when I chose to use
offline mode - Gaia chose that for me when I went to Airplane Mode and
it doesn;t seem to recognize that I have now turned Airplane Mode OFF.

Hi there,
I'm sorry for the delayed reply, I didn't see the emails to this list for a few weeks.
You should be able top hit the arrow button on the right side of the map, and then toggle offline/online mode.
Does that work for you?
