tested gaggle on my work phone but not confident in strapping the phone to my flight deck as there are no suitable fixing points!
may look at getting a xperia phone as that looks pretty good.
anyway...
you may have seen recon's mod live hud ski googles... which run android.
recon have announced an SDK

it would be nice to see something like gaggle running on this hardware!
not sure how well suited a HUD would be for paragliding.
