is there a date planned for the next release?
i'm on 1.55 and waiting for the next one to update as i thouht that
kevin will release in the next few days.

I can see that you are really looking forward for the next release... If
you don't have any problem with loosing all your current preferences, I
can't give you a fresh build... but as I can't sign it using kevin's
certificate, you'd need to first remove Gaggle and then install my build
: you won't be able to keep current gaggle prefs/data.

I was only offering a build of your code (no addition of my own) to vioo
san, as he's been asking for latest code with vario for few days (weeks
?). My code is not ready yet for any pull request , but I keep that in
mind !
So, if you can make a build with your latest code, that would be great :)

Hey!
I think he's mostly interested by the vario code... Not sure if it's in
the release available on the market (I can't check, I don't have the
market installed).
As for taking over as maintainer, I don't think it's a good idea. But
I'll continue to hack Gaggle on my free time, and may be able to give
some help (eg. bug tracking/fixing) :)

in fact, i want the latest release cause you were talking about
changing the color of the backscreen, adding the "something filter"
support for the vario, adding the support of offline map, changing the
tone of the vario...
But it seems that i'm asking too much cuz i was thinking it was almost
done....
If you say so, i'll go for the current release, thx for all you do ;-)

There are four things in my queue for this release:
* Add support for a bluetooth barometer someone is working on
* Allow switching background colors (for better sunlight visibility on
some
phones)
* Better sound options for the vario.
* Included the latest Greek translations (thanks Kostas)

did my first real flight with gaggle vario today....Amazing!!!!
If you don't forget to open the jack cap, the xperia works quite as
good as my brauniger sonar, in fact, i've just simply forget to enable
it (altough i had installed it on my helmet just in case).
moreover, i can read the altitude on the screen, so i don't need my
altiwatch anymore.
Everything in one device, simply great
i don't have the last version, but it's efficient enough, so i'll wait
for a next release with the new features inspired by rené (a big white
screen with only the altitude, a perhaps a little clock, would be
great)
