Is it possible to log my flight with Gaggle and get it uploaded to
Xcontest and full accepted with g-validation? Now I did it so that I
downloaded the igc file to my computer and uploaded it to Xcontest and
it did not accept my igc file but said it was missing the g-validation.

I have nearly finished the code needed for having Gaggle create valid
G-record. Then, it will depend on the contest you are using whether the
created track is accepted or not: there is a special policy for Open
Source softwares (gasp). Andreas (reading the list) can surely give more
accurate info!

You can read more detail here :

I simply have to run some tests to check that the G-records created are
correct :)

Hello gaggle team and users

Now I have uploaded my first short flight to leonardo global flight database

Now I want to upload the flight by IGC-File to the DHV-XC contest

but the flight are invalid because of the g-record (missing vario data?).
Whats to do to make them valid?
The baro vario works fine on the galaxy note.
By the links and attached you find my igc file

Thank you, afux

Hi !

Sorry for that... I've been working for some time on that and it's
nearly ready... But it's very hard for me to find some time to finish
the soft part. 90% is ready, only the verification part must be polished
a bit in order to work as expected on windows & linux.

Your track fails validation because it's missing a valid signature, not
because it's missing vario data :)

I also switched tasks to be able to build more modular GUI (in
particular for tablet & horiz orientation) and left IGC validation part
aside.

I won't have time for this before next week.

Sorry for that,
Marc

Thanks for the quick reply marc.
I'm curious to test your next release in flight and too give you a feedback for it.

one more gaggle fan, afux.
