My aplogies if this be the wrong group for my question. I need to look up the moonlight available at a given place in the past. The time in question would be betweeen 2200-2330 hours UTC on February 2nd, 1991. The location 48 degrees 43 minutes north by 66 degrees 57 minutes west.
