I keep wondering if "partly back" could be a halfback or quarterback.

Then on a search for something else, I saw a blog with "arc'teryx",
and thought:  ahha  - or maybe, oho! -  "our" Tryx has been
galavanting all over the web with a new moniker.

Tain't so, thank goodness.
