Hi,
Since nearly one year after G3D 9.00 beta 3 Release (Nov. 14, 2011),
when a new G3D 9.00 beta will be released?
Thanks!

Sincerely
Yili Zhao

Good question. I'll release one next month. There's a lot of great
new stuff in G3D but we're not at a good point to cut a release
(although I encourage use of the top of the SVN tree).

We're currently working on the OS X 64-bit build and removing a lot of
older interfaces (Shader and the Image* routines) in favor of their
new GL 4-compatible replacements. I'd like to get the old stuff out
of the build before releasing.

Video functionality is also not working in the Windows 64-bit build,
so we'd like to get that back online so that all 32 and 64-bit builds
are fully-featured.

Thanks Morgan, I am really looking forward to the new one :)

OpenGL 4 support is fantastic, but does OS X support it?

Appreciate! Windows 64-bit is very popular now.

Everything that we're doing works back to GL 2.1 + extensions, but
we're now shifting to favor performance and features on OpenGL 3.2
through 4.3.

Previously, G3D was structured for best performance on GL 1.3-2.1.

I can't even fit my models in memory in 32 bits anymore :)
