RGB32UI Image format and glLogicOp support

Hi,

I have a question about using more than 8 (in my case) of textures
from a shader. Since there have been recent changes in
<code>RenderDevice::setTexture()</code>, which is where I get a
GL_INVAID_OPERATION for my nineth texture I thought I'd upgrade to the
current CVS head before asking that question.

Since that is a slightly painful and manual process I wonder if the
G3D team would consider applying my more useful local additions to the
repository. That would certainly be great for me the next time that I
have pull your upstream changes.

I thought the items in the subject were a good start, so I've made a
patch for you to consider. Here it is:

Hi Andrew,

I will merge these changes into CVS, although I can't guarantee that
they'll be in the 8.00 release.

Thank you very much for that. I'll just be staying on or lagging
behind the CVS head so I think (I haven't noticed how you guys do
releases) I'll be okay to pick those up as and when they make it in.
