Subject: Access Violation error
Hi,

I'm using G3D 9.00 beta 3 release on Win7 64-bit on an Intel-HD GPU. I
was getting the Access Violation error on starter.exe, but I changed
settings.film.enabled = false and it worked. However, it still shows
me the same error on consequent projects that have other source and
data files. Am I missing something??

Subject: Re: [G3D] Access Violation error
Your GPU may not support OpenGL 3.3.  G3D will struggle on as best it
can, but (in release mode) will explode if it hits a feature that
isn't supported and your own code doesn't test for it.  The sample
code doesn't test for features because that would make them hard to
read.  If you post your log.txt, we can see what version of GL is
supported.

For graphics work, I think that you should definitely use a discrete
GPU.  I mostly test G3D on NVIDIA GPUs and they seem to support more
OpenGL extensions, but either AMD or NVIDIA should be fine.

Yes, your GPU is now powerful enough to support OpenGL 3.3 Framebuffer
(which Film uses).  Sorry.
