CP setting for running requests: set it to one less than max that can run, to be notified when all running
I just noticed something that tripped up some expected crash protection notification for someone I'm working with. I wanted to share it with others here. Now I know its *unsafe* to do this but can you give your opinion if its ok to use this feature? How dangerous is this or is it ok to... more »

upgrading CF with FusionReactor already installed
This may be a simple question, but I'm running CF8 Standard on several servers and I plan to upgrade to CF9 on those same servers. Do I have to do anything with FusionReactor during that process? I know with a CF upgrade it actually keep the old version of CF and installs the new CF version in parellel and you then have to go back and uninstall the... more »

Question about "Request Activity"
Greetings... I'm working on a load test and I have a question about understanding "Running Requests" and "Request Activity". We are executing a program from a workstation that sends our Cold Fusion server 10 XML requests at once, using separate threads. Each request take anywhere from 3 to 4 seconds to complete. However, when I look at "Running Requests" I... more »

New on DevNet: Automatically login to FusionReactor with a Cookie
FusionReactor provides several user roles each allowing a different set of actions. The Observer role allows users view only access to the metrics FusionReactor is gathering. In some organisations, it could be beneficial to allow users to automatically login as the Observer user. This can be achieved by... more »
