We have FusionReactor installed on a server running CF8 in multi-
instance mode. For some reason in each of the instances logs we see
1000's of lines that look like this:

11/11 18:41:46 Error [jrpp-1] - File not found: /fService.cfm The
specific sequence of files included or processed is: E:\WebApps\mdlr
\fService.cfm''
11/11 18:42:01 Error [jrpp-1] - File not found: /fService.cfm The
specific sequence of files included or processed is: E:\WebApps\mdlr
\fService.cfm''
11/11 18:42:16 Error [jrpp-1] - File not found: /fService.cfm The
specific sequence of files included or processed is: E:\WebApps\mdlr
\fService.cfm''

Everything appears to be working when using FusionReactor, and I have
been unable to figure out why this continues to floor our logs. Any
one else have this issue or have any ideas on how I can fix it?

Extra Info:
The main FusionReactor instance was installed on the CF default
instance, I then used the FusionReactor admin panel(not sure what else
to call it) to setup FusionReactor on each of the other instances. No
errors were encountered, and FusionReactor works fine and as no other
problems than what I described above.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Hi Matt,

I think that the error is being reported by CF which is trying to find
the file fService.cfm. CF won't / can't find this file because it
doesn't really exist, it's a part of FusionReactor. So the question is
why is CF reporting that? Here I think the reason is that one of the
FusionReactor instances is polling this instance Enterprise metric
data (on port 80?) and FusionReactor is not active on that port.

To fix the problem I think you need to look into the FusionReactor
instance that you use for monitoring the other instances. Go to the
Manage Servers and check that all of the URL's entered are correct.
You could also look into the FusionReactor->Log for the instance that
you use for monitoring, you may find details of which instances are
not responding to being polled. You'll need to delete or correct the
server that is causing the problem in the Manage Servers screen.

Hope that's the problem and it helps,
Darren

Thats what I had thought originally as well. I will have to take a
second look at the other copies we have installed. (We have lots-o CF
servers). I just seem to remember seeing these messages on server that
never had been setup before. Hopefully I will have some time to take a
look at it after the Thanksgiving break, as my lovely state government
is furloughing us for an extra day + the 2 day holiday.

I will let ya know what I find.

Thanks again,
Matt
