What does a negative time to stream close request mean?

I am having a hard time trying to figure out why some of my requests
are taking so long. It is almost like they take a while to start, and
then process quickly.

Hi Brian,

Can you tell me which version of FR you are using and where the output
is from.

The time shown is actually a negative time since epoch
(-1242331659500) and it's indicating that the stream hasn't closed. If
you notice the time Started (Milliseconds): 1242331659499 is almost
the exact same value. I'd like to check against the version of FR to
be sure of the meaning.

Cheers,
Darren
