the c drive ran out of space on one of our servers forcing it to go
into safe mode. once we were able to get back in, I noticed that out
FR is now showing a license in use. how do we go about fixing this
issue?

Hi Chris,
If you are experiencing a licensing issue and need the activation
reset then please send the license key number to support and ask for a
reset.

thank you, I was able to reach out to Support/Sales at Fusion Reactor
and they were able to reset the key count.
