FR and ACF 8 -> 10 Upgrade Issue

Hi! This AM, I attempted to install the upgrade from ACF 8 to ACF 10. After install, everything seemed fine, I got FR up and monitoring the new instance, installed the ACF 10 updates, worked on some other stuff. Everything still fine.

Then I had to restart the ACF 10 server service and, when it came back up, all calls to .cfm pages just hung. No error. I restarted ACF 10 server service again. No change. Rebooted server. No change. Uninstalled and reinstalled ACF 10. No change. Ended up having to revert to ACF 8.

Just trying to rule out/in candidate causes: is it possible the new FR instance for ACF 10 caused this issue?

That's highly doubtful - especially if you re-installed ACF10 and didn't install FR into the instance the 2nd time.
