FusionReactor Administration Manager is Still Running

When trying to upgrade FusionReactor, I am getting a message that:
FusionReactor Administration Manager is Still Running
Please manually stop the fram process daemon and press Continue once you have ensured the server is shut down.
Where is this and how do I stop it? I don't see anything installed anywhere to control the FRAM.

Hi Cameron,
Typically FRAM gets shut down during the install by the installer. Not
quite sure why that hasn't happened for you but you can shut it down
manually by:
cd /Applications/FusionReactor/tomcat/bin
./framd stop
To start the service again, you use
./framd start
