?? in FusionReactor Log: WARNING FR Event Dispatch on DBNAME & WARNING java.lang.NullPointerException

I'm running MURA CMS and this looks like it pops up when MURA CMS tries to truncate it's session tracking.   Not sure why it shows up in the FusionReactor Log or what it means since I don't see any errors?

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

This is being generated out of FR's internal event system, which is used to update - in this case - the JDBC aggregate provider, which stores metrics about database interactions.  The actual DB request should have run to completion, but the aggregate metrics may be incorrect.

There should have been a stack trace associated with this message - has that appeared in reactor.log?  It may also be in ColdFusion/runtime/logs, or ColdFusion/logs.

Sorry if I'm double replying,  I thought I had replied but don't see it.   I'm new to FusionReactor and I'm not sure I understand what FR is telling me.

I don't see any stack dump in the FustionReactor Log and I don't see related errors in the CF server logs (I don't think).

Hi Jeff,

No problem! In order for us to check this out, we'd like you to
assemble a log set for us, then we can have a look for clues as to what
might be raising this exception.

1) Repeat (or wait for) the problem to occur.
2) zip up the folder C:\FusionReactor\instance\<your_instance>\logs\*
3) zip up the folders C:\ColdFusion\logs\* and C:\ColdFusion\runtime\logs\*
4) Mail these to sup...@fusion-reactor.com

As soon as these arrive I'll check them and get back to you.

Can you also confirm that when you see this, the actual DB query does
run to completion (i.e. no actual application error occurs)?

Could you also let us have the JDBC details for the wrapped connection:

- Full URL
- Database type and version
